We are a specialized team of highly qualified beauty therapists and a cosmetic doctor. At Maskin clinic we provide professional beauty, skin, and cosmetic treatments. Our clinic offers high-end skin care products and advanced industry equipment. We ensure that all treatments are customized to suit your needs at Maskin Clinic. Our goal is to create a professional and friendly environment for a comfortable experience. Our consultations are completely free. So book in today to see one of our expert skin therapists.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.For first time clients it will allow you the time to fill out our consultation form.If you arrive late we will likely have to shorten your session by that amount of time.
Booking and Deposits
We advise that all appointments over 30 minutes will need a $50 deposit and any packages will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions
Please note that lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced. All gift vouchers have a strict 12 month expiry period from date of purchase and must be redeemed by this expiry date. Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking. Cancellation of a confirmed appointment within 48 hours or not showing up for an appointment will result in a forfeit of your gift voucher. Series , Specials and packages
- All standard skin packages must include a series of 3 or 5 or 6 treatments and are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- All skin special offers are valid for 6 months from purchase.
- All Christmas skin specials and packages are valid for 3 months from purchase.
- Treatments/services and packages are not transferable to other individuals.
- Treatments/ packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another service.
- Treatments must be taken within 12 months of purchase and cannot be exchanged for credit.
Cancellations policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and reschedule your appointment. We will send you an SMS confirmation 2 business days prior to your appointment. Please respond promptly to avoid any disappointment. Failure to notify us or show up for your appointment will result in the forfeit of deposits, prepaid treatments, and gift vouchers.
